I'm not sure where you can catch a plane, hopefully you won't have to go to Copenhagen, but typically a hop by air will be both your quickest and cheapest choice.

You have several options: Ferry: there is a direct ferry from Hirtshals to Bergen with Fjordline (www.fjordline.com). There are three sailings per week and the trip is 19 hours. There are discount tickets available if you book well ahead. Hirtshals is located just north of Hjørring, and there is a train between the two. If the dates suit your travel, the trip is recommendable Plane: You can fly directly from Billund to Bergen with Cimber Air 4 times per week, but to get to Billund requires you to take a train to Skanderborg or Vejle and a bus from there to Billund. You can also take a plane from Copenhagen to Bergen, There are several departures per day with SAS and it is fairly easy to get from Hjørring to Copenhagen by train although it takes around 6 hours.
