train/bus from Kinross/Inverkeithing park&ride area to Glasgow, Scotland

I have a car but need parking alternative transportation for a day trip for 4 people to Glasgow. Edinburgh is too scary for me to drive, so that isn't a jump off point. Any suggestions? Thanks!
