i need to find a week tour from London..interested in visiting york..chester..cotswold..many more..open to everything....all suggestions welcome!

Are you open to "doing it yourself"? You could take the train up from London and base in York. Spend one day touring the castle (you can get a day tour once there, I think- or rent a car) and the Yorkshire Dales could take another (again- see if there are day tours available ) and the rest exploring York itself. You could even do a day or 2 up to Edinburgh easily from York.

There are a number of day tours from York. i also saw in the current "In Britain" that there is a red bus tour (color not name) in (and of) York. There must also be guides if you dont want to do it yourself York within the walls is compact and easy to walk on your own. Read available guides etc, you probably wont need a guided tour
