I am looking for a great tour guide with Luxury car in St Petersburg that speaks both English and French. Do you have any recommendations?

Check out Alla tours. They will fit the tour to any size group. I'm not sure about the Luxury Car - we went in a van - or French speaker - our guide spoke English well but can't say about other languages.

Alla tours is what I'm going to use on my cruise around the baltics. They are great and cheaper than most tours.i don't know if they offer tours in French but you could always call Alla and ask her. There are other companies like red October but they are a bit more expensive and Not very easy to communicate with. I am not sure if they provide tours in French...but I just took a tour with Irina from ULKO tours and was very happy with this company.
