Has anyone used the maps that are avalible for purchase/upload from TomTom? If so, would you recommend it?

I have a TomTom that I have used on road trips in Europe for years. It is one of the most helpful tools for driving I can think of. I keep the maps updated just as for the US. On ocassion the map/directions might be incorrect just as the US maps are not always 100% accurate; it is very rare though. I will be taking the TomTom to the UK and Ireland for our trip this September.

Used my Tom-Tom all over the EU with minimal problems, the last time in Sicily. Never a problem keeping me out of ZTL's in Italy or finding obscure addresses in the DL.

Thank you so much! I will buy the Europe map then! Now I just need to figure out how to upload it...I haven't been sucessful uploading different voices. :(
