I will be going to England this summer and have hired a private transfer from Heathrow to Dover. Could anybody tell me what the general guidelines are for tipping in this case. Also we have hired a Blue Badge Tour Guide for part of our stay. Would anyone know what the guidleines are for this as well? Any help would be appreciated.
