Tipping driver in Ireland

We are planning a tour of Ireland and the tour company has contracted with a driver to transport us around over the 10 day tour. Any suggestions about the customary tip for a driver? There will be 4 adults in the car/van. thanks,

Great driver - 5 to 10 % of the cost.

The tour company can probably also give you guidance about that.
