At 30 to 32L per night, per room and the room will sleep 3, it is not a bad deal. If I remember correctly, it is a long way to the train to get into London. I do not know about the bus situation. I would call them and see about public transport availability. If you are by yourself, then you might be able to find a B&B for the same price or cheaper.

There is another hotel formule1 that is closer to London. It is the hotelformule1 in Barking and it is closer to the train station. It is about a 15 minute walk. http://www.hotelformule1.com/gb/hotel-2655-formule-1-london-barking/index.shtml

Again, if you are by yourself, a B&B might be a better deal.
