I'll be in England for three weeks over the summer. 5 days of the three weeks I'll be at Glastonbury Festival. For the rest I'll be backpacking and sleeping in hostels. I was just wondering where some suggested locations throughout England would be, any kind of information would be helpful. Josh

Josh: "google" backpackers and hostels on line for some leads. There also are books on footpaths in Great Britain. I'm sure you'll run into like minds and hardy souls at Glastonbury for traveling companions. Good Luck.

Hi Josh, Visit the library and grab a few guide books. They should whet your interest in locations and things to see. The tourism web sites can be very helpful: http://www.visitbritain.com/en/US/ and http://www.visitengland.com/. Sections of England can have their own tourism sites, too. Do your 3 weeks include the weekend of July 9-10?
