I will have a group of between 20-25 college students in London from mid may to mid june. As a possible outing I was contemplating the Cotswolds. any suggestions as to the best towns to visit trails to follow etc... have been to UK a few times but only to London, Canterbury and Brighton. Thanks for any suggestions.

Depending on the time available, you might want to consider the northern portion of Devon rather than the Cotswolds. Much less touristy and, I think, more beautiful. It is a great walking area too. The northern edge of Dartmoor near Okehampton is a good area to check out.
A hike to stone circles in Dartmoor is an incredible experience.

Is this a day trip or a longer expedition? If you'll be staying for a night or two, consider Jeff's suggestion about North Devon and the Dartmoor. Very attractive and unique. Don't think I'd want to try it as a day trip, though.
