2 months ago- we sent in a completed form and $60 (cash only) to search my wifes family history,Ramsgo Sweden.
We are visiting the (hometown-Ramsgo) first and then traveling to theHOuse of EMigrants in Vaxjo
so can not pick up info first- I have tried to contact them via e mail 3 times to send info to us via e mail- and NO response. Hope this was not a oax or scam to get $60 cash from us-
has anyone dealt with this service or have ideas for me- as we leave in 4 weeks for sweden

I don't know what to tell you, other than what you've already tried. I had dealt with them about 4 years ago and received my information via postal service. They did an excellent job for us. All my interactions with them were by e-mail and they responded promptly, but perhaps you could call them.
