I am having a hard time finding a nice twin-bedded room in North Wales for later this month. Any suggestions? I've already tried all those listed in Rick's book. Many thanks!

You could do a search on www.tripadvisor.com. You'll find lots of recommendations for B&Bs and hotels in the Conwy area.

You might also try Llandudno. I assume you've already checked Bryn Guesthouse in Conwy...we loved it there, but perhaps they are booked?
