I've pre-ordered a student oyster card (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/14312.aspx) for my daughter. I stated that we would pick it up at the Victoria station on her application. Truthfully, we need it at the Marylebone station. Any idea how to make this change?

The link you provided has a contact number. You could phone. Checking the status of you application on line may also provide for revisions to the application. If all else fails, it is easy to get from Marylebone Station to Victoria Station to pick up the card.
