What's the best Bank ATM to use in Stockholm with a Bank of America ATM card? I know it's Barclays in the Uk. Is there also a bank in Stockholm that doesn't charge an extra fee?

I don't believe that any of the banks in Stockholm charge a fee to use an ATM (bankomat in Sweden). Some of the major banks in Sweden are Nordea, Handelsbanken, and SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken). BoA is the one who charges the fee so you would need to check with BoA to see if they have any Swedish banks that are part of their alliance.

European banks do not charge ATM fees. You can check to see if your bank has any deals with a Swedish bank to limit their fees, but such deals are rare as banks like to charge fees.
