St. martin's Lane hotel

Considering where to book...there is a big difference in price but wondering if the trendy St. martin's lane really worth the extra money? I am considering it, and the grand Trafalgar which is alot cheaper, has good reviews and seems fine.

Did you compare reviews on Tripadvisor.com?
I'd check the neighborhood, compare what is close by, and what's included in the price (ie: free wifi, food, etc.)

Secondly if there's not much of difference in ammenities, then opt for the cheaper one, and use the savings to splurge for a nice night out on the town! :)
