I'm spending a week in Bath and SW England, then taking the Eurostar to Paris for five days. From Oct 19 to 26 I intend to spend a week traveling in the area around London covered by the BritRail London Plus Pass. What special places have you found? I'm thinking Canterbury, Portsmouth with Isle of Wight, and maybe Bournemouth. If I have time, I will take a daytrip to Cambridge. I'm not against taking coach (bus) trips to nearby sights. I'll be looking for B&Bs, so let me know if you've found some great ones.
