This summer sometime in june we will be staying in Southampton. We aren't sure exactly how long but probably a week or two. I was wondering what the weather would be like and a few things to do with a teenage son. We may go to london in part of that time as well. Thank you in advance for your replies.

I just googled "Southampton Tourist Office" and found that there is a ton of on-line information. The tourist office itself is at 9 Civic Street. One thing your son may want to see, in Portsmouth, is the good ship Mary Rose, a ship in King Henry VIII's navy, and another would be Lord Nelson's ship "The Victory". If he has never heard of either of these, get him to do a little research and I think he will get excited.
A guide book for the area would not go amiss.
