Being from CA, I have gotten used to the smoke-free restaurants. So my question is - what is your favorite smoke-free restaurant in London? Or at least - a WELL VENTILATED restaurant in London?

You're in luck - last year a smoking ban went into effect for all public places in England.

I was there in October and even the pub next to Hard Rock was smoke free.

We just came back from England and everything was smoke free. Just be careful as people do tend to stand outside the doors if it is raining or cold.
