We fly into Gatwick Saturday around noon and pick up a car which we drop off on the outskirts of London on Monday afternoon. What would be the best sights to see in the area?

The National Trust and English Heritage have many places and properties in the area ie the counties of Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

Hi Sharlene. The Bluebell Railway operates steam trains on 9 miles of track @ Sheffield Park which is near Haywards Heath. It's about 25 minutes south east of Gatwick. Google Bluebell Railway for details.....Gary
