Drive to Skerries pick up food for pinicsthen on to Newgrange open at 9am need to be there by 8:30. From here drive to Slane visit the Hill of Slane then on to Monasterboice. Picnic somewhere along way Newgrange to Monasterboice. Need to be in Laytown by 3pm for horse races that start at 4pm. Races from 4-6pm Leave for Dun Laoghaire Sept 4 & 5 Dublin Sept 6 Travel to Kinsale Leave early drive to Rock of Cashel tour and visit Hore Abby. Picnic/pub in area or drive to Cahir for lunch and look at the town and Castle. Drive to Kinsale. Sept 7 To Dingle Two options #1 Speed run to Killarney to walk the Gap of Dunloe. Need to be at bus by 10 am and boat for return through the lakes. Tour other local sites then drive to Dingle #2 Scenic drive along south west coast with possible stops Skibbereen, Bantry, Kenmare, Killarney,on to Dingle 5+ hrs drive time Sept 8, 9,10 Dingle Sept 11 Dingle to Lahinch Drive and ferry could stop in Tralee, Listowel, Kilkee Get to Cliffs of Mohr for sunset Sept 12 Lahinch to Galway Guided tour of the burren or visit sites on our own thru the area to Galway or get to Galway quickly to tour the city Sept 13,14 Galway Aran island trip fly or ferry.
