Can it be purchased over there or does it have to be purchased online? Or is there a better option to this that I haven't found yet?

Amy, The prices are posted in pounds online so I would think that you could purchased somewhere. I would suggest that you go to www.visitscotland.com and ask. Or contact the TI in the city where you are visiting and ask them. I've gotten responses from TI's via email. You can usually find the TI's website and there will be a contact us section. Pam

I'm still waiting to hear back from the visitscotland.com email that I sent out last week. I thought some one here might know. I think I might email my B&B in Edinburgh and see if she might know.

Got an email back from vistscotland.com this morning. Just in case this comes up in the next few weeks. This pass can only be purchased online or via phone.

Glad you heard back. They must be faster when you're booking accommodations. ; ) I'm surprised that they aren't selling these through the TI's. Ah, well, I'm off to Scotland for a little over a week and have no Homecoming Events on my itinerary, and I searched. ; ) I'd love to see a video of the parade of the clans. ; ) Pam
