Scandinavia May-June: Need Rain gear and/or bug-spray for hikes?

Hi - just finishing my packing for Sweden,Denmark and Norway trip next week - do I need to bring a small bug-spray for hiking in Norway- or is it too early May-June? ALso, Im packing a light jacket but wasnt sure if rain-proof (goretex) pants are needed too!? thanks!
