RVing in Norway

We would prefer to rent an RV for a month long trip to Norway/Sweden next July-August. Has anyone done this and do you have any advice as to driving, where to rent, availability of campgrounds, as well as routes?

There is a book out,, likely a few years old now, about RVing in Europe,, sort of a how to where to..

I believe it was written by David Shore and Patty Campbell ,, called RVing in Europe. Maybe see if its at libary.
