Rugby in Ireland

I am travelling to Ireland with two teeange (13,14) boys and would love to take them to a Rugby game! We are planning an Easter trip beginning of April. I can't seem to get a straight lead on how/where to get rugby tickets or the cost...any ideas? Also, anything else they might love in Ireland?

There are Heineken Cup Quarter Finals on 6/7/8th April and Semi-Finals on 27/28/29th April, the teams involved and the locations haven't been decided and tickets may be hard to come by. Munster play Glasgow Warriors in Musgrave Park (Cork) weekend 13/14/15th April. Leinster play Edinburgh in the RDS (Dublin) weekend 13/14/15th April. Connacht play Ulster in the Sportsgrounds (Galway) weekend 13/14/15th April. Ulster play Leinster in the Ravenhill (Belfast) weekend 20/21/22nd April. Not sure how much the tickets cost http://www.connachtrugby.ie/home http://www.leinsterrugby.ie/ http://www.munsterrugby.ie/home.php http://www.ulsterrugby.com/ If you're coming to Ireland and the boys are interested in sport, then I would suggest bringing them to a hurling league game. Hurling is a game native to Ireland, supposed to be the fastest field game in the world, a wonderfully skilful game, 15 players a side, played with a stick (camán) and ball (sliotar), there will be league games between different counties going on at the time you will be over here, the fixture list hasn't been decided yet. The rules may be difficult to follow/understand but yerra I wouldn't worry about that, just enjoy it. Here is a youtube link to a bit of a game – the last time my native county Clare won the Championship

I went to a hurling match in August while in Dublin. It was the All-Ireland semi-finals held in historic Croke Park. Great event to watch. On my next trip, I hope to catch Gaelic football and rugby. With a little better planning, I could have done it in August.
