Room suggestions in London

Traveling to London for 4 nights in September...my wife and I, plus my 80 year-old mother. Trying to keep the costs down, plus don't want my mom to have to stay in a room by herself...one room (family room) would be ideal if it could comfortably accommodate 3. Plus the usual stipulations when traveling with someone that age - no stairs / lower floor, safe neighborhood, nice bathroom, etc. Obviously, we don't intend to spend a lot of time in the room, so it doesn't have to be plush (and I know from what I've read not to expect that on a budget anyway). Any ideas?

But there are stairs at the London Vicarage and no lift. I think finding someplace reasonable to stay with no stairs will be the tough part. However, on all counts but the stairs, I would highly recommend this hotel.
