We will be arriving at KEF on a Sunday (July 8). Checking the FlyBus schedule, it shows a 15:30 departure, which I would normally think to be a too-tight connection for our flight's 15:25 scheduled arrival. However, the site seems to say that those bus times are actually tied to a flight arrival i.e., if the flight is delayed then the bus delays accordingly. Is that correct? What has been your experience with the FlyBus for getting from/to KEF and Reykjavik (central bus station - BSI)? Thanks!!

There is also another airport shuttle available at Reykjavik. Check http://www.airportexpress.is/ for their schedule. My husband used them in February and they offer a longer list of direct hotel drop offs/pick-ups than FlyBus so he could avoid having to go to the bus depot.
