Rental car return in Dublin

I am renting a car in Shannon and returning it in/near Dublin. Any suggestions on where to return the car (airport vs city locations)? I want to make it as simple as possible. Also is the Michelin driving map good or do I need to get the OSI Road Atlas? Is is readily available for purchase near Shannon airport? THANK YOU!

Dublin airport is right off of the M50 and M1 highways, so it's really easy to get to. We picked up and dropped off there, no problem at all. Make sure you get specific directions from Shannon, though, many car rental places are just off of the airport.
