Recommended B&B's in Dublin

Hoping to find a B&B in Dublin close to bus/DART into city center and airport. Two of us and not wanting to spend more than $110/night and not be in neighborhood that is questionable. Have looked at TripAdvisor and have some ideas but maybe you have recent experiences?

See the post below for "Quiet Hotel in Dublin". I don't know what the price is these days, but the Mount Herbert Hotel sits about a 3 minute walk from the Landsdowne Road DART station.
