I was just wondering if hostels will have lockers to leave stuff during the day. For example, I am planning on at least 3 days in bath so I don't want to wander around the town or go on the tours with all my gear. Would a B&B be better? I would only have a messenger bag that I will take with me and one of the travel bags that's sold on this site. I am also traveling by myself and not expecting much from the room. Just a bed, electric outlet and a place to shower. Thanks in advance.

Most hostels have lockers, just remember to bring your own lock. Check the hostel website or other hostel sites (hostelworld, hostelbookers etc...) and they will list if they have security lockers. And like the previous poster said, check the rail station as they most likely will have lockers.

Every hostel I've stayed in included a locker (essentially a gym locker), bring your own lock.
Some hostels have mandatory lockouts during the day, though, and I'm not sure how they treat left luggage during these times.

Lockout is so the owner/manager/workers can run errands or clean without people underfoot. Luggage in the lockers or broom closet remains in place, but obviously cannnot be gotten to until lockout is over.
