Question about Visa debit card connected to the All Points ATM system

For our upcoming trip to Ireland, my husband got a VISA debit card from our bank in Dallas. The card is connected to the All Points system, not Plus or Cirrus.
Everything I have read says to make sure your card is connected to Plus or Cirrus.
Has anyone had any experience with a card connected to the All Points ATM system ??
Our bank says it is good at the Bank of Ireland, AIB, Cashere, National Irish Bank, Ulster Bank, and ACC Bank.
We will be arriving at Shannon Airport and will be wanting to get cash upon arrival.
Any information or help will be greatly appreciated !

THANKS .... Amy

Hi Amy. A little tip from our travels to Ireland and the UK last year. Don't panic if some ATM's reject your card. We used a Debit Visa and on a couple of occasions we couldn't get cash out of some ATM's. Can't remember which ones. We just went along to another one and the card was fine.

Thanks for your replies ... I'm feeling better already.
But... let me just make sure I understand correctly. Even though the bank told my husband that our VISA debit card is part of the All Points system ... it is automatically also part of the Plus system. Is that what you all are telling me ??
Sorry to sound so "worried" but our trip is fairly soon, and I want to make sure our card will work in Ireland.
Again, a big THANKS for all the help ! :)

Yes, Amy, it is also part of the Plus system. And AIB is everywhere there, as are the other banks you listed. You shouldn't have any trouble.
