WHAT IS THE BEST ADVISE FOR PURCHASING EURO IN COPENHAGEN AND IN BERLIN.

Use your ATM card to get euros out of an ATM. You'll get the best exchange rate that way.

Euros won't help you much in Copenhagen. You need Danish Kroners there. But you can still get them from ATMs.
