I always seem to be worried about finding a restroom when I need it. We were in London two years ago and were at the Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London. It was late in the evening and the little shops were closing. I thought I would be able to go in to Starbucks right across the street from the Tower. The door was open and they were sweeping, but they shewed me away. I just went in to the closest pub and asked them if I could use the loo and they were fine with it! But what about the country areas in the Cotswolds? If you are walking from one little village to the next on the footpath and need to take a break, what do you do??
Plan better. All the villages have one or two pubs.
All the villages have pubs so when you are in a village pop in and use the loo before leaving the village.
Pubs. Beer or tea. Take a pee. Goodness sakes.
And if it's really bad, find a large tree.
There is a wonderful (clean etc) large public restroom at Bibury- right at the "Bibury Row" famous tourist sight. When we are driving in Cotswolds we always know how to get to Bibury from where we are. But the real answer is- pubs, restaurants, tea rooms
Because it is such a heavily touristed area, I could not believe there were no public lavatories so Googled and found this list. http://www.cotswold.gov.uk/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=433
