Taking an Oceania cruise in July that goes to several places we've been to before. In most of the ports, we'll "do" Oceania's shore excursions (which still aren't published). However, with these 3 cities, we're thinking of hiring private guide. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks. I've made a note of the website (checked it briefly). Once Oceania comes out with their excursions, I'll have more for comparison sake.
