I ordered an oyster card for my son that had to be ordered 3 weeks in advance to enable him to ride free on the tube and bus and am supposed to pick up at the transportation desk at Heathrow Terminal 1,2,3. I have googled the airport layout but still now clue where the transportation desk is. Has anyone done this before and could you tell me where the desk is located close to? I really appreciate the help.

It will be close to the arrivals gate. Just make your way to the Underground via the signs and you cant miss the desk.
