I will be staying at the Premier Inn (County Hall) and will be arriving at the hotel around 11:00 a.m. Room check in time is later (i.e. 3:00 p.m.) so I'm hoping the hotel has accomodations for storing luggage. Does anyone know if they offer this service?

I just booked the same hotel. I'm almost certain check - in is at 2:00.

Joan, The last time I stayed there, they did not have accomodation for storing luggage.

Oy vey - a 'yes' and a 'no'. Contact them by email with your specific request - how many pieces, their sizes (inches and centimeters), and how long you expect them to hold your luggage (until check-in time, or whenever). Then bring that printout with you - and when you arrive if you have any trouble just show them THEIR email...

No London hotel has ever refused to hold my luggage until checkin, or after checkout, for that matter. As suggested, email them, or call.

While most hotels will hold your luggage, there are some budget hotels will that not (e.g. Travelodge). I don't know about Premier Inns. But regardless, the Premier Inn County Hall is a block from Waterloo station. Waterloo station has a left luggage where you can leave your luggage for a fee. If the hotel won't keep it, just walk over to Waterloo and drop it off.
