Please Help! I am trying to complete an online registration for the Premier Inn in London, but I continually get an error message. Both the postal code and telephone number are incorrect. I enter the whole 9 digit zip code and the telephone number with 1-area code and number. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Barb, is the form designed for US addresses? If so, it is mainly a matter of figuring out the format they expect. Try just the 5-digit zip code, and try your phone number without any spaces or parentheses, both with and without the initial 1. (sometimes I enter that as "+1" so you could try that too.)

Can you email or skype call them and ask them what to do? Also, maybe you could email the parent company and do the same.

I just did a pretend booking as far as that page. I entered my zip as 5 digits and my phone number as a 10-digit number, starting with 1, and no spaces or parentheses or dashes. And I made sure I selected "United States" on the menu. It went right through.

Thank you so much! I just tried it, and I was able to complete the form. I did not put spaces between the digits for the telephone number, used the 5 digit zip and made sure I had selected the US.
