My wife, adult son, and I will be staying on the north coast of Northern Ireland for 3-4 days in June and are searching for a home base. We will have a rental car. Recommendations on places to stay and eat would be appreciated.

My wife & I stayed at the Whitepark House B&B a few years ago. It's perfectly located to visit all the sites along the Antrim Coast. The accomodations & the breakfast are both 5-star. We've stayed at B&B's all over Europe and this one ranks in the top 2 or 3. Bob, the owner/host, can steer you to any/all the good restaurants in the area. Oh, but you have a third choice! :D We stayed in Portstewart at the Cul Erg B&B (Rated #2 on TripAdvisor!) We were right across the street from a bus stop. If I recall correctly (it's been 3 1/2 years), the bus line that takes you to all the sites in Bushmills stopped at that bus stop. Portstewart was so beautiful and had plenty of restaurants and scenery! Just another place to consider as home base... I thought Northern Ireland was one of the most beautiful places I'd been. Enjoy no matter where you stay!
