It is time to buy our advance train tickets for our England trip and I am having problems. I set up an account with National Rail and now it will not recognize my username and email. I have tried contacting them and using their "help" section, but to no avail! Is their a phone number or any other way to purchase these tickets? Maybe I cannnot purchase tickets from the US on this website? Thank you.
Is it possible that the email may have caps or other changes from what you entered? I have seen Tim have good luck getting the tickets from eastcoast.co.uk. Maybe try there. It seems funny if you entered everything correctly it can't find you . Did it send you an email? Can you try to register again?
Do what Nigel suggests and try booking on the East Coast site. East Coast is a specific train company, but you can book tickets on the site for trains operated by any UK train company. The site accepts US credit cards.
