Places to Stay in the Durham area.

Does anyone have any recommendations on B&Bs, university housing for about a 12 day stay in the area?

google "John Flinn" and Durham. He did a good article about Durham which was published in the San Francisco Chronicle a few months ago. I think he included some recommendations on accommodations.
