Hi all,
I will be in Ireland June 23-July 13, and my itinerary will put me in the Burren July 4-5. I've just started looking for a place to stay for those 2 nights, and have been told it might be difficult due to the Willie Clancy festival that starts that weekend in Miltown Malbay. I would really appreciate suggestions for B&Bs/other options for accommodations in the area.

Try staying in Kinvara. There are a number of B&Bs, a hostel and a small hotel in the village, as well as Dunguaire Castle. Good restaurants and about a dozen pubs (many featuring live music several nights a week). Kinvara is about 45 minutes from Galway right on the Bay.
We've stayed at the Berry Lodge B&B in Miltown Malbay and really liked it. I would try there first, and if it's a no go, Rita might have some ideas. http://www.berrylodge.com
