My husband and I are going to take a couple of days to explore Hadrian,s Wall on our way from London to Edinburgh. We will flying into Newcastle, so we thought to spend one night there before heading out to explore with a car. Then we need to come back to Newcastle to take the train north. So.... we would love suggestions on reasonably priced and quiet places to stay in Newcastle near the airport and then perhaps something in the Hexham area.
