I recently returned from England. The previous renter of the flat I rented left me her phone to use. It was a Nokia. The service was provided by Lebara. (This was great - only 4P/minute to call the US). Anyway, I contacted Lebara and they do not sell phones. (I admit I am not very knowledgeable about this). So, if I wanted to provide my own phone the next time, do I just purchase one over there and then top it up with Lebara? Help! Thanks. P.S. I left the phone for the next person!
