I would like to rent a car in or around Penrith and drop it off about 5 days later in Manchester as I have a flight departing from there. Just curious if you have any advice for point to point car rentals. Any car rental companies you recommend or any to stay away from? How is Practical Car and Van Rental to rent from?
Or, is it better to rent a car in Penrith for a few days, take the train to Manchester, and rent a separate car there for a couple more days? Thanks.
