We will be in London only 3 full days in October. Our reservations are at the Lancaster Hall Hotel just a few blocks from Paddington Station. Our itinerary includes all of the main sites - Westminster Abbey, Whitechapel Walk, Parliament, Tower of London, London Eye, British Museuma and British Library. Also, we want to take a Beatle Walk to Abbey Road Studios. Our trips includes a free Original Bus Tour and River Thames Cruise. Does anyone have itinerary tips for us plus good pubs and restaurants in our hotel area? Thanks

Your hotel is in the Lancaster Gate area which has plenty of pubs of all types.
For a much larger selection of restuarants and pubs that are more reasonably priced on the whole head west to Bayswater (Queensway), about 10/15 minutes walk.

Your hotel is only a few blocks from Swan Pub. It's on Bayswater Road, across from Buckhill and Marlborough Gates of Hyde Park.
It was recommended by people on this site. We ate/drank there a couple of times last year.
