Can anyone recommend reasonably priced B&B's - one in Oslo and one in Copenhagen - with easy access to airport and to sights in the cities? I will have only one day and night in each.

What constitutes a "B&B" on this website is always difficult to know, so I'll take your request as meaning "small hotel". I stayed in Ibsens Hotel in Copenhagen. My room was surprisingly huge. Their breakfast buffet was very different from the usual European spread- sandwiches for breakfast! It sits pretty close to a metro stop, and the metro goes all the way to the airport. One downside- there's a rowdy bar across the street. It kept me awake until I put on my noise-canceling headphones (apparently, they can work even when not playing music). I've only stayed in business-class hotels in Oslo, so I can't help you there.
