I will be in London for most of a week in February, attending a meeting near the Hammersmith Tube station. Want to stay nearby, curious if anybody has recommendations for a Hotel/BnB? Probably a double, ensuite toilet nice but not a must, prefer budget (<100 Pounds) Any other thoughts on restaurants and pubs appreciated as well.

No specific recommendations but have a look at bedandbreakfastsearcher.co.uk - filter for 3 or 4 stars and you'll should be OK for room quality. The map view of the results is useful to see how far from the tube places are. The prices show are for the total stay not per night but there are loads at or under the £100 mark. Premier Inn and HIE are both good (big rooms, decent showers etc) but pricey - even with the 20% off for advance, HIE is about £140 a night.

There is a Holiday Inn Express only a short walk from Hammersmith station. I've stayed there and it was affordable, rooms were large for London standards, clean, plenty of TV stations, free WiFi... a pub/restaurant is in the building and in the street there are two grocery stores, a drug-store and even a small shopping mall.
