We will be going to Ireland and spendinga few days around St. Patrick's day in Dublin. Where does "the older crowd" go to enjoy music and fun in Dublin at night?

In the Temple Bar area look for pubs that are in basements. You have to walk down a flight of stairs from street level. These are the smaller places that will have an older, quieter crowd. Most of the "pubs" in Temple Bar are big noisy bars like you would find in any city.............In other parts of Dublin there are classic pubs that cater to all ages including seasoned citizens.
