I have been able to find that the East Midlands Trains can get me from London to Nottingham. I visited that area last year by car but this year it's public transportation all the way. I cannot for the of me figure out how to use public transport to get from Nottingham to Sherwood Forest (Visitor's Center area). Help!

A simple way to solve this type of problem is to stick the beginning and end points in Google Maps and then click the public transportation icon.
