Can Norway in a nutshell be done in March or April? or is it too cold?
It can be done year round. A lot of people consider it more scenic in the colder months because of the snow cover.
The boat segment of the tour has lots of indoor heated seating...and at the refreshment counter they sell hot chocolate:)
