Norway in a Nutshell

Everything is the same, but I would argue that Oslo -> Bergen is better. The fjords are simply majestic and discovering that fact is half the fun of the tour. If you start in Bergen, you likely have already seen part of them in some fashion in the process of getting to Bergen. I think the sum total experience of doing Norway in a nutshell from Oslo without ever having been in Western Norway is better than being in Western Norway and exploring it. That's a very subjective "better", since besides that drama of having Western Norway revealed to you the sights are the same.
